AnswerChat(tm) Reseller/VAR Information

    Alpha Media Inc. offers a generous VAR (Value Added Reseller) discount for all of their software products. This VAR discount is extended to firms that are actively involved with providing computer software, networking, and related computer services. Authorized VARs of AnswerChat(tm) are eligible for a 20% discount off of our end-user prices. Once you are approved by us as a VAR, you will immediately begin to receive your discount. A minimum of six (6) purchases of AnswerChat(tm) must be made per year, by each VAR to continue receiving this discount. VARs are not ultimately responsible for supplying technical support, but are expected to handle any preliminary or basic technical support for all of their end-user customers. VAR applications are currently being taken on-line. Since VARs offer additional customer services, such as installation, setup, configuration, testing, etc., they can re-sell our software at any reasonable price, above our published end user prices.
